Key Responsibilities
- Perform computer troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades.
- Install Windows, software and business applications.
- Support CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Assist with Starlink installation and troubleshooting.
- Support POS software, receipt printers and barcode devices.
- Provide professional on-site and remote technical support.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Basic networking knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience with CCTV, POS or Starlink is an advantage.
- Must be careful, reliable and willing to learn.
Qualifications / Experience
- Technical certificate, Diploma, HND, Degree or practical experience.
- Hands-on technical experience is highly valued.
- Knowledge of Windows installation and drivers is important.
