Promote Dougs Technologies products and services, generate leads, follow up customers and support sales growth.

Job Overview

This role is for a confident customer-focused person who can explain products clearly, follow up leads and convert customer interest into confirmed sales.

Location: Ghana / Field & Office Based

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate quality leads.
  • Promote computers, phones, accessories, Starlink, CCTV, POS systems and IT services.
  • Follow up customer inquiries from field work, referrals and online platforms.
  • Maintain good customer relationships before and after sales.
  • Record leads and sales activities accurately.
  • Work with the Sales Team Lead to meet weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Good communication and persuasion skills.
  • Good customer service attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of technology products is an advantage.
  • Sales experience is an advantage.
  • Must be disciplined, honest and target-driven.

Qualifications / Experience

  • SHS, Diploma, HND, Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Computer literacy is an advantage.
  • Ability to use WhatsApp and basic digital tools for customer follow-up.
