Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone and online.
- Assist customers with product and service information.
- Manage bookings, appointments and follow-ups.
- Issue receipts and support documentation.
- Coordinate customer requests with sales and technical teams.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
Qualifications / Experience
- SHS, Diploma, HND, Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in customer service/front desk/retail is an advantage.
- Basic computer and phone handling skills are required.
