Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise sales executives in an assigned region.
  • Monitor daily and weekly sales activities.
  • Support serious customer follow-ups and confirmed deals.
  • Train, guide and motivate sales executives.
  • Prepare regional sales reports.
  • Coordinate with management, procurement and technical teams.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Sales experience and ability to manage a team.
  • Good organization and reporting skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and drive team performance.
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Diploma, HND, Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous sales/team leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy and spreadsheet knowledge are an advantage.
